well its capable of low 14's. so i could imagine it hitting 13's with just a couple mods, if not capable in stock form.

since my project integra and civic are pretty much done...project wrx is my next toy.

my friend has one. We opened up his piping took out the 3 cats...added a catch can.. up'd the boost. he hits high 12s now at sac raceway.

I still smack him down with the teg tho biggrin

90 hybrid hatch hitting mid 12s

JRSC is garbage. I speak from experience.

I am in line at my local Mitsu dealer for the Evo VII. 276HP, 200+lb lighter than the WRX, and a kick ass AWD setup with Active Center Dif and AYC on the rear end. I will be getting rid of the 3KGT for this one.

I test drove the WRX. Extremely sure-footed on launches. Grips on corners, but I don't think it would corner better than an ITR - under most conditions. The ITR LSD provides enough cornering gription and suspension is softer than ITR.

Acceleration is strong once turbo spools up, but quickly flattens out compared to a Honda VTEC. Faster than a stock ITR, but not as fast as a JRSC ITR.

Compared to my previous car: a Mitsubishi 3000 GTVR4 - more responsive, but no match on 0-60, 1/4 mile or top end.

I would buy it. It has modification potential, but I'm sure there aren't as many mod sources as for a Honda.

Those 3000gt/stealths are ridiculously heavy, in my opinion. They make supras feel nimble. . . .
